Thank you for joining us. Hello my name is John and today I would like to cover three of Halcyon Software's most popular fair price policies with you.

Halcyon's main goal is to make sure you get what you pay for. And we know that what you are paying for is software development support not marketing materials. So whether you may be considering our enterprise applications for monitoring alerting and automated response or our various options for advanced operations automation, the Halcyon fair price policies are always in play to make sure you get your moneys worth when using any of our software products.

The first and most popular of which is our policy on CPW. Unlike a lot of players in the market we still price purely on IBM P Group. We do not just take CPW increases into account. So as the example states, if you do not upgrade your existing P group, even when upgrading from say from a Power 5 to a Power 7, we do not surprise you with new charges simply because you added more CPW. We would only charge if the P group went up, from a P 10 to a P 20 for example this is obviously a popular policy with all of our customers as CPW has tended to go up while P group has tended to stay the same if not go down. We have always priced this way and will continue to do so.

Another popular policy is our low maintenance. No one wants a surprise maintenance hike but we take it a step further by capping our maintenance inflation for your protection. While we prevent inflation from ever increasing by more than 5 percent in a given year, our references will be happy to tell you that we try to stick between 1 to 2 to percent as much as possible. This is all part of our standard maintenance and support agreement for all customers.

One of our most popular options is subscription. We come from an IBM data center background, so we know flexibility is essential for rapidly changing environments. Many times in the past our i Series clients have had trouble raising a capital expense for new products. Even when they were desperately needed, so to help them out internally, we created a rental model the wraps license, maintenance and support into a low monthly fee for an extended period of time. This allows them to avoid the traditional up-front fees for license and many are able to achieve monthly fee as part of their operational budget instead of as a capital expense. This option is always available to you as an alternative to license and maintenance.
