The solution has a unique methodology for managing and reporting on Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This makes it extremely quick and easy for outsourcing companies to manage the demands and requirements of each customer and prove they are achieving or exceeding their SLA targets.

You can also identify very quickly which aspects of the SLA are not being met through “SLA flags” so you can investigate and solve with the minimum of delay.

The new software consists of two components, The Halcyon Data Warehouse, which is a central data store and the Halcyon Report Designer that includes a wizard for easy creation of customized reports.

The Advanced Reporting Suite can be purchased in combination with Halcyon’s monitoring and automation packages for IBM i and Windows. Existing Halcyon customers can upgrade by purchasing a plug-in module.
