Remote View for the System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) is a screen controlling utility that allows you to directly assist your users. View and take full control over users' screens, regardless of their location, or whether they were attended or not - and do it without leaving your desk.

Now you can assist users who cannot explain properly over the phone. See and answer error messages on other people's screens. Use it for Help Desks and for Training.
