Beauty giants Avon Cosmetics have chosen Halcyon's Systems Operations Suite as part of a new IT initiative.

IT Personnel are using Systems Operations Suite to monitor and control their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) Servers 24/7 with eleven different monitoring systems. Avon has found the software crucial for checking devices are in the correct status for example printers, communication lines and using the corrective action intelligence within the software to make the necessary adjustments. Halcyon's Software has enabled the IT department to manage their time much more effectively.
