Enterprise Console updated

The Enterprise Console has been significantly upgraded to include its own independent Filters and Actions. These can include global filters across different platforms. A telnet interface is now available to feed information into the Enterprise Console from other platforms and other ancillary equipment, such as environmental monitors.
