Paula Rosa Kitchens Use Monitor Suite

Paula Rosa Kitchens are using Halcyon's Monitor Suite to keep an eye on their servers. Monitor Suite enables operators to control and monitor their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) checking job queues, output queues, devices and TCP/IP reporting any problems back to the central control screen. Halcyon's Monitor Suite also automatically sends appropriate replies to inquiry messages to filter out routine events. The software also allows important issues to be captured and escalated to appropriate personnel.
