Retail Variations Use Operations Centre

Retail Variations are using significant degrees of automation to gain operational and cost efficiencies. Retail Variations has taken the stress from managing their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) systems by deploying Halcyon's Operations Center to work alongside existing IT strategies.

Their key requirements were a Job Scheduler and one that would interface into their existing processes, as well as introducing significant degrees of automation for management of messages and events to enable proactive monitoring and management of their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) systems.
