Credit Life International select Halcyon’s automation software to monitor critical business systems 24/7

Credit Life International, N.V, a leading specialist in payment protection insurance, today announced that it has purchased the Halcyon Operations Center and Network Server Suite systems monitoring software, following the evaluation of a number of system management applications.

The deal, brokered though Halcyon’s Netherlands business partner, SRC Secure Solutions BV, means that core business processes running on the IBM i5 platform are now monitored by Halcyon’s Operations Center, while Windows Servers, printers, firewalls, hubs, routers and the like are monitored by Network Server Suite.

The monitoring tools contained within both applications, that run 24x7, automatically notify system administrators of any problems though a single resource, the Enterprise Console and are also capable of sending text messages to on-call staff via SMS and email.
