The Australian Stafford Group Uses Spooled Manager

Australian company, The Stafford Group uses Halcyon's Spooled File Manager for spooled file distribution and archiving. The benefits of this are IT Staff never have to re-run a job again just because a user has lost their printout. Spooled file entries are saved on off-line storage and it is always possible to restore individual spooled file entries for re-prints. System performance has also been improved since installing the software and it has reduced waste paper dramatically by only printing reports that are necessary.
