Burberry Use Systems Operations Suite

Burberry have chosen Halcyon's Systems Operations Suite.
Burberry have both retail outlets and Internet sales so it is crucial to check on the business processes running between their stores and head office.

Halcyon's Systems Operations Suite has allowed IT Staff to be more proactive by using "smart monitoring" - managing messages by exception and using automation wherever possible for all the routine issues generated by the system.

Burberry also uses Halcyon's Spooled File Manager for spooled file distribution and archiving.

Burberry was founded in 1856 when 21-year-old Thomas Burberry, a former apprentice to a country draper opened an outfitters shop in Basingstoke, Hampshire, England. Business thrived and by 1870 Burberry became known as "emporium" with an increased focus on the development of outdoor wear for local residents and visiting sportsman that visited the store. By 2000 Burberry had international presence and became recognized as one of the top named brands in fashion history.
