Leading Bicycle manufacturers Raleigh have selected Halcyon's Systems Operations Suite and Performance Manager to control their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) more effectively.

Using Systems Operations Suite Raleigh can monitor performance, devices, distribution queues, user profiles, inactivity, job queues and ensure maximum availability of their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) system.

IT personnel also use Halcyon's Performance Manager to provide them with accurate and crucial REAL-TIME performance statistics. If performance utilization exceeds pre-defined thresholds then performance alerts are generated. Halcyon helped Raleigh in providing them with a solution that gives them proactive monitoring and management as well as significant degrees of automation.
