RCI Europe Opt for Systems Operations Suite

RCI Europe has opted for Halcyon's Systems Operations Suite after an extensive evaluation period to find the right solution for all their System i™ (iSeries™, AS/400™) Servers. Halcyon's Systems Operations solution means RCI's servers are monitored constantly with any problems or errors reported immediately on the Enterprise Console.

RCI are also using Halcyon's Job Scheduler that has reduced the IT Staff's workload by automating repetitive tasks to free up valuable resource time that can now be put to use elsewhere.
