Australian company, The Stafford Group uses Halcyon's Spool File Manager for spool file distribution and archiving. The benefits of this are IT Staff never have to re-run a job again just because a user has lost their printout. Spool file entries are saved on off-line storage and it is always possible to restore individual spool file entries for re-prints. System performance has also been improved since installing the software and it has reduced waste paper dramatically by only printing reports that are necessary.
