Our Product Excellence Panel
When we develop a new product or enhance our existing products, we carry out extensive research which includes canvassing the views of our customers and analysing current market trends. We also take into consideration new versions of operating software and the latest technical innovations.
Regular development meetings take place which enable both the technical and commercial teams to review progress, debate technical issues and to discuss new customer requests. We call this our Product Excellence Panel.
Before releasing a new product or new version of our software, our Product Excellence Panel meets for a final in-depth review of the new release. The three main considerations are:

Is it easy enough to understand without a manual? |
